Who We Work With
πΉ Schools & Trusts
Supporting mainstream and specialist settings to design inclusive communication programmes, embed oracy across the curriculum, and build confident, reflective teaching teams.
πΉ Media companies & Broadcasters
Verbal Diversity works with media companies, broadcasters, and creative teams to shape inclusive, accessible contentβfrom scripting, visual design, live coaching, and editing consultation to presenter coaching and on-set support and post-production accessibility. Whether producing educational series or artistic programming, we ensure communicative inclusion is embedded at every stage.
πΉ Community & Cultural Teams
We partner with museums, libraries, outdoor learning teams and cultural organisations to design pioneering, communication-inclusive programmes that nurtures connection, creativity and belonging across generations.
Our work champions inclusive engagement β from our original play based Story Club model that helped families understand and respond to diverse communication styles, to Nature Communication, a creative methodology that connects children and adults through sound, movement, environment and co-regulation in outdoor spaces.
We specialise in helping teams co-create public experiences that shift mindsets β engaging communities in new narratives around voice, inclusion and expression.
We also support programme development, funding bids and cross-sector impact planning, helping organisations evidence the value of communication inclusion across health, education, arts and cultural participation
πΉ Performing Arts Organisations & Drama Education Providers
Working with theatre groups, drama schools, local and national drama school networks and large-scale companies to shape accessible, expressive programmes that bring diverse voices to the stage.
